About Bourlinger

Bourlinger is the inaugural collaboration of talented Spanish watchmakers Carlos Butron and Ignacio de Alda. The company designs passionately inspired automatic chronometers at our London design studio, all of which are proudly Swiss Made.

The creators are a second generation of watchmakers, from families with a long tradition of building watches for luxury Swiss brands. After many years dedicated to growing their talents, Bourlinger represents an exciting evolution from manufacturers to creators.

The Bourlinger mission is to accomplish more than simply create timepieces perfectly suited for our customers. Our goal is to assert the great Swiss watchmaking traditions for precision, craftsmanship, and quality, within an approach that simultaneously evokes functional versatility and a passion for contemporary style.

Purposeful Design

Every fine detail on each component of a Bourlinger automatic chronometer has a purpose. Our designs are mindful of not only function, but also style and wearability. This approach is only possible thanks to the expertise gained from many years in workshops, efficiently translating novel concepts into practical design solutions.
